Employees – Assets or Liabilities? – As part of our Running your Business Workshops Series, we will hear from Charlotte Dean, MD of HR Consultancy P3PM, who will consider the life-cycle of an employee. Charlotte will cover issues including how do you: recruit the right people; manage your expectations that they are not a mini-you; engage, motivate, manage and retain them; and how do you manage their exit if they aren’t the right fit.
The Workshop will start at 4pm with a chance for attendees to mingle over a cup of coffee/tea, or a glass of wine. At 4.30pm we will start the Workshop. We will leave plenty of time for a Questions & Answers session; and then we will finish the Workshop at 5.30pm with a glass of wine and a few sarnies.
We believe this Workshop will provide real value to our clients and non-clients; and so we would encourage our clients to bring along their colleagues, business associates, suppliers and customers.
