COVID-19 HR Advice and Guidance

[26.03.20]

We have answered a lot of queries this week from clients considering their next steps in terms of dealing with the  COVID-19 pandemic.  In many cases, the financial/accountancy and business planning advice that we can give, also requires input from a HR specialist.  We have therefore reached out to one of our trusted advisors, Charlotte Dean, who is MD of locally based HR consultancy, P3 People Management.

Charlotte has put together two packages to support businesses who need some help and advice now, but may not want to commit to longer-term consultancy arrangements.  These packages cover the month of April  (although they will start earlier, if you contact P3 before April) – with no commitment after April.

You may want to consider one of the P3 packages, if you are pondering any of the following questions:

  • How do I deal with furlough employees?
  • What can I do to protect my vulnerable workers?
  • What are my commitments to pay for my staff?
  • How can I support my people working from home for the first time?

Option 1: £450 + VAT
All COVID19 updates for April, including the six you have missed during March. Here is an example of the Update from 23rd March.

Furloughed employees/workers:

  • Full management guide (“How to…”)
  • All letters you need to ensure you are acting lawfully

Variation to terms

  • Full management guide (“How to…”)
  • All letters you need to ensure you are acting lawfully

Option 2: £650 + VAT
Includes everything above, plus access to P3’s qualified HR Advisors via their Advice Line to answer all your specific questions (up to 3 hours) and provide support with specific letters and templates – right through until end of April.

To receive support from P3, click here to email Charlotte  and ask for the April support package.
